1 injured in Hwy. 385 accident in Ector Co.

ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) -

One person was taken to the hospital following an evening accident in Ector Co. 

The accident happened at the intersection of Highway 385 and West Papaw St.

We're told a GMC traveling on Papaw St. ran a stop sign at the intersection and sideswiped a Honda traveling south on Highway 385. 

Authorities said the person injured was taken to Medical Center Hospital.
