Accident reported on I-20 in Ector Co.

ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) -

DPS Troopers are on the scene of an accident on I-20 in Ector Co.

The accident happened just after 6 p.m.

Our crew on the scene saw at least three vehicles involved in the accident but officials haven't confirmed exactly how many vehicles were involved.

Traffic in the area was backed up for more than an hour because of the accident.

No word yet on injuries.
