(KWES) -

A new attorney is now representing Robert Fabian in court.

We've learned that Liz Rogers is no longer representing Fabian in court.

During his bond reduction hearing on Friday morning, Harold Danford, out of Kerrville, Texas, represented Fabian.

Rogers tells us that she wasn't let go by Fabian as she was hired by Fabian for the investigation portion of the case.

Fabian is Zuzu Verk's former boyfriend and is facing charges of tampering or fabricating physical evidence by concealing a human corpse.

There's no word yet when Fabian will appear in court again.

His bond is currently $175,000.
