ANDREWS, TX (KWES) -

The Andrews Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of two men in connection to the murder of Israel Ramirez.

Joe Gonzales Aparicio, 50, and Kelly Koenig, 43, were arrested Thursday and charged with capital murder. The bond for each man was set at $1,000,000.

Ramirez went missing over the weekend and his body was found on a lease road in Andrews County.

Authorities also said an investigation has lead to the recovery of the missing vehicle that Ramirez was last seen in.

We're told the vehicle was recovered from a storage unit in northwest Andrews County. The vehicle has been impounded and is being processed for additional evidence.
