ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

Leaders with the University of Texas of the Permian Basin will be heading over to the University Autonomous of Chihuahua in Mexico later this month.

From Nov. 21 through Nov. 23, the leaders will be meeting with the dean of the school to discuss a student trade program.

It's all set for a plan to trade selected U.T.P.B. students in for U.A.C.H. students to expand their education.

The initiative is designed to create a cultural exchange between U.A.C.H. students and U.T.P.B. students to enhance education and to improve their second language skills.
