Reward now $100,000 for information in case of missing Sul Ross student

ALPINE, TX (KWES) -

The Alpine Police Department announced Friday afternoon the reward for information leading to the whereabouts, or safe return, of missing Sul Ross student Zuzu Verk is now $100,000.  

Verk is described as 5 feet tall, 110 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. Her natural hair color is brown but has recently been colored blonde. 

She was last heard from during the early morning hours on Wednesday, October 12.

Verk is a student at Sul Ross State University and works on campus. 

Police are also asking the public for information about two cars, a grey 2006 Jeep Liberty and a 2004 Mazda Miata convertible with a beige top. The vehicles were seen driving between the hours of midnight and 10:00 am on Wednesday October 12, 2016.
