ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Santa Cruz Ln., between Baca Dr. and W. University Blvd. will be closed to traffic starting Thursday.
The closure is due to the installation of a new sewer line. The City of Odessa says residents will have access to their homes throughout the week of the closure.
