ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An ambulance turned onto its side is what Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers found when they arrived to the west intersection of Highway 385 and FM 1787 on Thursday night.
We spoke with the daughter of Krisenda Criswell, who is the owner of Permian Basin Ambulance. She said everyone is OK and that they're glad things turned out the way they did.
We're told an 18-wheeler turned in front of the ambulance clipping it and causing the emergency vehicle to flip onto its side.
Two employees were in the vehicle, along with a patient and the patient's mother.
All four were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
