ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Grace McDonald, who is accused of plotting the March shooting deaths of her parents, will be headed back to Ector County.
Grace is expected to be extradited back to Ector County before the end of September.
Both her and her brother, Gabe, are charged with two counts of capital murder for the shooting death of their parents, Gregg and Jana McDonald.
Gabe is accused of being the one to actually pull the trigger, which he reportedly admitted to police.
Grace McDonald waived an extradition hearing in Maricopa County, which means she will be picked up by sheriff deputies before October.
District Attorney Bobby Bland said he plans to waive the death penalty in Grace McDonald's case.
Gabe McDonald is not eligible for the death penalty because he was younger than 18 when the shooting happened.
