ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An Ector County jury found an Odessa man not guilty in connection with an Odessa shooting.
Tre'on Majors, 24, was found not guilty on all charges.
The shooting happened in the 900 block of Snyder on March 27, 2014.
An investigation revealed that Shon Nelson Beck and Joshua Tolivar were both shot.
Beck later died at the hospital from his injuries.
Both Majors and Venshard Douglas were later both arrested and charged with first degree murder.
Douglas was arrested in Temple, Texas and Majors was already in U.S. Marshals custody on unrelated charges before the murder charge was filed against him.
No word yet when Douglas will go to trial.
