ODESSA, TX (KWES) - A man wanted in connection to an aggravated robbery is now finally behind bars.

Officers found Justin Mata in the 1600 block of East 2nd St. in Odessa.

As soon as they came up to the car he was in, Mata took off down the street.

Police eventually tracked him down to a home on the 3000 block of West 8th St.

Police believe Mata was involved in an armed robbery.

It happened back in August at the N-N-Out Convenience Store on West 10th Street.

Workers say three men walked into the store, pointed an assault rifle at them and demanded money.

Allen Savoyrion, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were already arrested in connection to the crime.
