MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The search is on for a suspect who robbed a Midland bank this afternoon.
The robbery happened at the Members Financial Federal Credit Union, located in the 3100 block of N. Big Spring, just after 2:30 p.m. this afternoon.
Police said the man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.
Sara Bustilloz, Public Information Officer for the City of Midland said, "We know that our suspect is a white male in his thirties with a medium build and about 5 foot 9 inches tall. He was wearing a suit at the time of the robbery with a white shirt and tie."
Police said the suspect left the bank on foot with a large amount of cash and there were no reported injuries.
