ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An Odessa man is behind bars after police say they found more than 40 pounds of marijuana in his car and home.
Officers say spotted Felix Torres driving with an expired registration.
They pulled him over and searched his car and discovered a folded dollar bill with methamphetamine in it.
Officers also found a pack containing around four pounds of marijuana, multiple glass pipes and other drugs.
During the investigation, police obtained a search warrant for Torres' home where they found 38 packages of marijuana.
