MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - The common husband of a Midland mother was indicted on Wednesday for her murder.
Juan Gonzales, 44, was indicted on one charge of murder and tampering with evidence in the death of Kathy Lujan, 41.
Lujan went missing in May.
She was a mother of two.
In June, statements from Gonzales led police to her body.
Gonzales could be facing 5 to 99 years or life in prison for the murder charge and two to 20 years for tampering with evidence.
