ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) - Ector County is dealing with budget woes and as a result Ector County Commissioners approved a tax rate hike on Monday.
Now, they'll be holding public meetings on it.
The county judge proposed a $60.5 million budget despite the fact they're predicting a drop in revenue.
One of the things they're dealing with is less money coming in from property taxes.
No word on when the public meetings will be held.
