Victims robbed at gunpoint in Odessa

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Five victims told police they were robbed at gunpoint by three males and a female.

Odessa Police were called out just after 11 p.m. to the 1200 block of Wilson St. where victims said four suspects demanded everything they had while holding them at gunpoint and then drove off.

About an hour later, officers saw a car matching the description given by the victims in the 400 block of Foster Ave. But when they tried to stop the car, the driver sped off.

Leading police on a chase that ended when the car crashed into a house on the corner of Fall and Clements. After the crash, the suspects left the car and ran away. Officers eventually caught the three hiding nearby.

It turns out, the crashed car was reported stolen.

A search of the car found a handgun, shell casings and stolen property.

Leon Flores, 17. a 15-year-old boy and a 12-year-old girl were positively identified as the robbery suspects by the victims.

Flores was arrested and charged with five counts of engaging in organized criminal activity, five counts of aggravated robbery and more.

Both the 15-year-old and the 12-year-old were arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity-aggravated robbery as well.

A fourth suspect is still on the run and the police say the only lead is a victim describing him as a Hispanic male.
