Odessa police need your help locating a tire and rim thief in Odessa.

Authorities are searching for Alex Hernandez, 20, who is wanted for evading in a motor vehicle and aggravated robbery - Gone off bond.

According to the report, officers were patrolling the north side of Floyd Gwin Park last Wednesday morning when they saw a white GMC traveling east on Park Boulevard with several tires in the bed of the truck.

Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle due to several recent tire thefts.

That's when the driver of the vehicle didn't stop and attempted to run from the police at a high rate of speed before coming to a stop in the alley of the 1700 block of Eidson Ave.

Police said everyone inside of the vehicle then fled on foot.

However, officers found four cinder blocks, two tire irons, an unknown amount of lug nuts and several tires in the bed of the truck.

During their investigation, the suspects were identified as Miguel Lozoya, 20, and Alex Hernandez, 20.

Lozoya was found and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in the 1200 block of Lindberg while Hernandez remains on the run.
