ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Texas Department of Transportation officials are investigating after a bridge strike in Odessa.
We're told the strike occurred at the Crane Avenue bridge over Interstate 20.
TXDOT officials said this is the same bridge that just recently reopened in mid-May after being closed for more than a year due to damage from an oversize load.
The report stated that during repairs, the bridge clearance was actually increased by several inches.
No other details about the strike have been released yet.
