BREWSTER COUNTY, TX (KWES) - On Thursday, NewsWest 9 obtained the arrest affidavit for former Brewster County border patrol agent Jesus Nanez. It detailed the sexual assault allegations against him and also detailed charges of invasive recordings of a minor.
When police searched Nanez's phone they found 94 videos of a minor believed to be either 15 or 16 years old.
The arrest affidavit said the recordings were between April 2015 to December of last year.
The affidavit said the minor in the video didn't know the recordings were happening and her backside was being recorded the most.
Details about the sexual assault accusations that got Nanez arrested on June 3rd were also obtained.
In the affidavit, the victim of the assault came forward and detailed two instances between December of last year and this past April when the alleged assaults occurred.
The affidavit said the victim was raped while asleep from taking medication.
The report said the victim told investigators on several times of soreness and even bleeding.
The affidavit said Nanez told the victim he provided for the family and can't be denied sex at anytime.
The report said the victim feared for their lives and was afraid Nanez would rape or abduct minor girls in the future.
Nanez had been an agent since 2010 and the alleged assaults were said to have happened in Alpine.
