ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) - The Ector County Sheriff's Office confirmed Wednesday afternoon that the bones found in Monahans Draw last Thursday are those of missing Odessa woman Jakayla Salazar.
The identification was made by dental examination by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Salazar, 25, was last seen back in August of 2015.
