ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police say a man broke in to his ex-girlfriend's home and once attempted to rape her and then returned the next day and forced himself on her twice.
Authorities say Bryan Labra-Gonzales, 19, first broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend back on April 27th by removing the window screen to a bedroom window.
He grabbed a knife he attempted to force her to have sex with him, but fled when a family member came home.
But his arrest affidavit shows that he came back the next day and forced himself on her twice.
Labra-Gonzales was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and burglary with intent to commit sexual assault.
