ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) - A traffic stop led Ector County deputies to two searches that resulted in the seizure of thousands of dollars in cash, two handguns and a large amount of methamphetamine.
On Friday night, deputies pulled over a truck occupied by Randy Ramos, 21.
Ramos gave the deputies permission to search his vehicle where they found $14,000 in cash.
Deputies then got permission from Ramos to search his house at 7403 Ivory Street, where they found about 330 grams of methamphetamine as well as two handguns.
Ramos was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
The U.S. Marshal's also have a hold pending federal charges, due to the amount of the drugs.
In addition to the hold, Ramos' bond was set at $30,000.
