Officials said Midland Police responded to an advise of rights call around 9:07 pm from Clayton Chennault's fiancee, Cathy Mote on June 1st at Basin Aviation.

Police described her distraught and she told them her husband had taken a plane that belonged to his boss from the hangar and may have crashed it somewhere.
