ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

Bond remains the same for an Odessa woman facing attempted murder charges.

Meghan Garza fought to have her $6 million bond reduced but it was denied.

She's facing 12 counts of attempted capital murder of a peace officer.

Her husband, Roy Garza, is facing the same 12 charges.

It all stemmed from a December shooting and standoff.

Corporal Cory Wester and Sergeant Pete Gonzalez were trying to arrest Roy Garza for violating his parole out of Williamson County.

Police say Roy Garza shot both of them.

Garza is now in Williamson County to face charges.

The shooting and standoff happened at the Clayton Manor Town Homes in Odessa back in December.

Meghan is accused of trying to keep officers from arresting her husband.
