Midland Police searching for man who robbed Hastings

MIDLAND, TX (KWES) -

Midland Crime Stoppers needs your help identifying a man who robbed Hastings in Midland.

Authorities say an unidentified man walked into the store on the evening of February 25, handed the clerk a note that said he had a gun and that he wanted money. 

Police say after the clerk handed over the money, the suspect left the store.

Midland police describe the man as about 6’ tall, in his 30's, with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat and a red hoodie.

Authorities say the suspect could be the same person who robbed stores in Odessa in a similar manner.

If you have any information on the suspect that leads to an arrest, it will be worth a $1,000.00 cash reward.
