An Odessa man, accused of shooting two police officers, and now his wife are facing charges of trying to kill police officers.
A grand jury indicted both Roy and Meghan Garza.
They face 12 counts each of attempted capital murder of a peace officer.
The shooting took place at the Clayton Manor Town Homes in Odessa back in December 2015.
Meghan is accused of trying to keep officers from arresting her husband.
Corporal Cory Wester and Sergeant Pete Gonzalez were trying to arrest Roy Garza for violating his parole out of Williamson County.
Police say Garza shot and hit them.
Garza is now in Williamson County to face charges there.
Meghan Garza is still in Ector County.
Both their bonds were set at $6 million for the attempted capital murder charges.
