ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

A man was held at knife point, forced to drive, then left on the side of the road.

It happened Monday around 7:15 P.M. on the 2400 block of South Moss.

Ector County Sheriff's Deputies say 21 year old Justin Carey and 25 year old Justin Capps asked the victim for a ride.

When the victim said no, Carey pulled a pocket knife and forced the man into his truck.

Deputies say the duo forced him to drive while Capps strangled him from behind.

The victim pulled over near the meteor crater and was forced to get out of the truck.

Carey and Capps drove off.

They and the truck were found later that night on Faudree.

Both men are charged with aggravated robbery.
