MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - Police say a man seen exposing himself to elementary students in Midland has been arrested.
Sgt. Jimmy Young with the Midland Police Department said, the man has been identified as Steven Chastain, 37.
Chastain was found around noon Friday at his home, police said.
On Friday morning, Midland Police reported a man was seen exposing himself three times this week to children who were walking near Bonham Elementary, Henderson Elementary and Midland High School.
Authorities say Chastain is facing charges of indecent exposure and possibly other charges.
