ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An arrest has been made in connection with a convenience store robbery that happened last week in Odessa.
Odessa police say an eyewitness contacted police and identified one of the robbery suspects as Jordan Minear, 28.
Police said back on January 20, a victim told police that a man came up to the drive through window of the N-N-Out convenience store on West 10th Street, displayed a gun and demanded money.
According to the report, a second man also displayed a gun during the robbery.
A warrant was later obtained and Minear turned himself into police on Tuesday afternoon.
The second man involved in the robbery remains on the run.
