ODESSA, TX (KWES) - An unidentified man accused of exposing himself to a 10-year-old Dowling Elementary School student remained at large Thursday evening, Odessa Police said.
The incident occurred Tuesday around 8:15 a.m. when the girl was walking to school, according to investigators.
Her parent later filed a complaint with Odessa Police and said the stranger exposed himself to her in an open field directly east of the 1200 block of Wilshire Drive, then chased her for the length of three houses.
"The complainant advised that their daughter then ran to the school and told a crossing guard what had happened," Odessa Police spokesman Cpl. Steve LeSueur, said.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years old, wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
Anybody with information is urged to contact Odessa Crimestoppers at (432) 333-TIPS.
