ODESSA, TX (KWES) - The name of the man killed in Tuesday's train accident in Odessa has been released.
Authorities say it is 72-year-old Clarence Haynes from Crane.
According to police, witnesses said Haynes was driving south on Dixie in his truck when he disregarded the train crossing's warning lights.
That's when he was hit by the train.
Haynes was pronounced dead on the scene.
The investigation is still ongoing.
