MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - One man in behind bars on several charges following a pursuit in Midland.
DPS Troopers said a 2014 Ford Mustang was seen driving recklessly while taking the turnaround onto Loop 250 near Garfield.
That's when, authorities say, they activated their lights and attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the driver continued driving recklessly and didn't pull over.
According to the report, the Mustang pulled into a parking lot where it struck a 2015 GMC SUV.
Troopers found a three year old in the vehicle following the accident.
The driver of the vehicle, Ervin Floyd, 23, of Odessa, was arrested on charges of reckless driving, evading in a vehicle, endangering a child and aggravated assault.
No injuries were reported.
