Three men charged in connection with gun shop burglary

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Three men are facing state and federal charges in connection with a burglary at a gun shop.

27-year-old Mason Moore is charged with burglary, stealing of a vehicle, felon in possession of a firearm and possession of methamphetamine.

22-year-old Seth Amos is facing charges of stealing a vehicle, having methamphetamine, stealing guns, having guns and body armor while being a felon and endangering a child.

38-year-old Michael Nichols is charged with burglary and smuggling guns.

The burglary happened about three weeks ago at the Rusty Spur Gun Shoppe.

The suspects got in by smashing a pickup through the front doors.

They took off with seven rifles.

Investigators say Moore and Nichols were the ones who broke into the gun shoppe.

Amos was found with one of the stolen guns.

Three out of the seven rifles have been found.
