ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

One man is facing charges after admitting to growing drugs in his home.

Odessa police executed a search warrant on a home in the 1500 block of North Muskingum on Wednesday morning.

When officers arrived on the scene, they made contact with 32-year-old Geronimo Munguia, III.

Police say detectives read Munguia his Miranda warning and he admitted to growing marijuana inside his residence.

Authorities also found several jars of marijuana, along with six grams of mushrooms.
