Photo Surfaces of Another Odessa Police Unit Parking in Handicap Parking Spot

ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

Police are investigating another case of an officer possibly parking in a handicap spot.

The picture was posted on the Odessa and Ector County Trading Post on Facebook.

There isn't a visible handicap sign but there is some type of marking on the ground that may be a handicap marking.

NewsWest9 contacted the Odessa Police Department.

At the time, they had not seen the picture but they stated they're investigating.

The department is investigating another case from last week.

An officer was caught parking in a handicap spot at the Burger King on West County Road.

We're told he made a quick restroom break at the fast food joint.
