Odessa Woman Accused of Stealing

An Odessa woman is accused of stealing.

But if that's not bad enough, police say they caught her with marijuana.

The arrest report says 43-year-old Raquel Gonzales stole from Burlington Coat Factory.

Employees told police they saw her take security tags off some clothes and leave without paying for them.

Police say the clothes were valued at nearly $300.

Officers caught up with her and they say she also had some marijuana on her as well as a device used to remove security tags.

Gonzales is charged with theft and having drugs.

She was previously convicted on theft charges.
