ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa Police say they caught a woman suspected of being high inside a stolen car.
The arrest report says 26-year-old Tiffany Williams and another girl were passed out in a car in a McDonald's drive thru.
Police got there and say they could smell marijuana coming from Williams.
She was arrested after failing field sobriety tests.
It turns out, the car they were in was stolen.
