MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - A Midland father is accused of sitting on his daughter and choking her.
Police say 43-year-old Benjamin Anderson physically abused his daughter's dogs.
The report says the daughter told him to stop and that's when he came after her.
Police say she had knee surgery two days earlier and was unable to walk without crutches.
The report says the daughter told officers he grabbed her by both arms, dragged her from the living room to the kitchen, sat on top of her and choked her.
