Seminole Superintendent's Blood Alcohol Level Released

SEMINOLE, TX (KWES) -

The Seagraves Police Department has released new information on the arrest of the superintendent for the Seminole Independent School District.

Gary Laramore was arrested for driving drunk in Seagraves in a school district vehicle on October 14. 

Police say Laramore's blood alcohol level was .186, which is more than twice the legal limit of .08. 

According to the affidavit, police say Laramore almost fell to the ground during a field sobriety test.

The school board voted to allow Laramore to continue working as superintendent with some stipulations,

He is no longer allowed to drive school cars.

Laramore must also enter a 12 step program and undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
