Midland Man Accused of Aggravated Assault

MIDLAND, TX (KWES) - A Midland man is accused of putting his hands on his own girlfriend.

The woman told investigators Robinson Pinilla-Bolivar, 24, told her to smell his armpit.

She refused and the two began arguing.

The arrest report says that's when Pinilla-Bolivar punched her in the back of the head and grabbed a knife and tried to stab her.

The woman ran out of the apartment and went to the apartment complex office.

He report says Pinilla-Bolivar went in there and tried to drag the woman out.

He realized they called police and ran off.

He was caught a short time later.

Pinilla-Bolivar is accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
