Midland Man Accused of Sexually Touching Little Girl
A Midland man is accused of sexually touching a little girl. The criminal report says the victim told officers, Parish Strong, 29, would fondle her and put her hand on his genitals.

A Midland man is accused of sexually touching a little girl.
The criminal report says the victim told officers, Parish Strong, 29, would fondle her and put her hand on his genitals.
She says it all this happened in July of 2007.
The report says the victim was seven years old at the time.
