The high school football regular season came to a dramatic close on Friday night and the playoff picture has become clear.
The Permian Panthers already had a playoff spot locked up despite suffering their first loss of the season to San Angelo Central on Friday.
The Panthers share the District 3-6A crown with The Bobcats.
Mojo will start their postseason push on Friday at Ratliff Stadium against Arlington Bowie at 7 p.m. in the Bi-District round.
Over in Midland, Craig Yenzer and the Midland High Bulldogs took down the Lee Rebels and Abilene beat Odessa High, giving MHS a postseason birth.
They will start the 6A playoffs on the road against Arlington Martin next Friday at 7:30 in the Bi-District round.
Some key match-ups In 4A, Monahans will start off Bi-District early on Thursday. They play Bushland in Levelland at 7:30 p.m.
On Friday, Andrews will play Lubbock Estacado at 7:30 p.m. in Snyder, Texas.
Greenwood will take on Perryton at 7 p.m. in Muleshoe.
