Hobbs Man Accused of Commercial Burglary

A Hobbs man is now behind bars after breaking into a dental office through the air conditioning ventilation system last year.

Police say last November, Joshua Peacock, 34, came down into Shine Dental from the roof.

Nothing was stolen and everything seemed untouched, except the various parts from air conditioner on the floor and two socks left behind.

The socks were sent off for DNA testing and the results showed the socks belonged to Peacock.

He was arrested on Tuesday and charged with commercial burglary.
