3 People Arrested Following "Shots Fired" Call
Odessa police have arrested three people while responding to a “shots fired” call on Tuesday afternoon.

ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Authorities say the shooting happened at Village Place Apartments.

Police said Jacob Aguilar, 22, Joesph Ballard, II, 18 and a 16-year-old male were detained near the scene and later arrested.
An investigation revealed that after an argument, one of the men fired a gun inside an apartment but the bullet didn't hit anyone.

We're told shell casings and cocaine were also found.

All three men have been charged with evading while Aguilar was also charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and manufacture or delivery of cocaine.

An investigation is ongoing as to who fired the weapon inside the apartment.
