ODESSA, TX (KWES)
Halloween is just around the corner and Odessa Police are urging the community to take caution.
Odessa Police say parents should keep an eye on the candy their trick-or-treaters receive.
The treats could be tainted or not even be candy, some trick-or-treaters may have received drugs and mistaken it for candy.
Police say they have not received any reported incidents of tainted Halloween candy but say it's always a good idea to check your children's candy before they eat it.
