HOBBS, NM (KWES) - A Hobbs woman is behind bars after being accused of driving drunk with a teen in her car.
Hobbs Police pulled over Angelica Espinoza, 40, on the morning of October 11, around 2:45.
Espinoza told police she had just picked up her 17-year-old daughter from a party.
Police say they could smell alcohol on her breath when speaking with her.
Espinoza then admitted to having consumed two beers earlier in the night.
The report says Espinoza also failed field sobriety tests.
She was arrested and charged with a child abuse and neglect and driving under the influence.
