ODESSA, TX (KWES)
The two D.P.S. sergeants who shot and killed an armed suspect in Odessa back in August have been cleared of any wrongdoing.
The shooting happened back on August 11 at the Philips 66 Gas Station on Andrews Highway and 42nd Street.

They spotted the suspect, Roger Dean Schull, 24, at the gas station.
That's when gunfire erupted.
Schull was shot and killed.
Both sergeants were shot as well, one was hit in the chest and leg and the other was hit in the arm.
