Two Odessa Men Arrested Following "Shots Fired" Call

ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

Two men are behind bars with several charges.

On Monday evening, Odessa Police responded to the 700 block of Snyder Street in reference to shots fired.

When they arrived, they found Caleb Givens, 22, and Xavier Fuller, 24 and police say they noticed Givens drop something behind a fence. 

When officers looked over the fence, they found three plastic bags that contained cocaine, weighing over four grams. Police also found several Hydrocodone pills in the third bag.

Police also discovered Fuller was in possession of marijuana. 

Both men were arrested and taken to Ector County Law Enforcement Center. 

While at the jail, officers found a bag of cocaine next to Fuller's show that weighed over one gram. He admitted to police he forgot the bag was inside his boxers.

Givens was charged with possession of cocaine, tampering with physical evidence and possession of dangerous drugs and Fuller was charged with possession of cocaine, prohibited substance in a correctional facility and possession of marijuana.
