ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

A Kingland, Texas, man was arrested in Odessa on Sunday following a traffic stop.

According to the report, the driver stuck his head out of the window and said something with very slurred speech.

The driver was later identified as Clayton West, 33, and a back passenger was identified as a 2-year-old male.
