The Education Foundation of Odessa has added money to a scholarship fund at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
The group presented a $50,000 check to the university on Wednesday morning.
Officials tell NewsWest 9, the scholarship is available to graduates of Odessa High and Permian only.
Students who wish to apply for the funds must have a 2.5 GPA, as well as 10 hours of completed community service.
